[LinuxBIOS] mobo compatible?

ok here is what i know about my mobo:
all the information the linuxbios.org tells me to send i think should be in

(this is my mobo), i think all the specs are compliant to that of the
ones on that page.

im unsure what the super I/O chip is but i presume it is on the link.
i think i have a Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier with phoenix bios on, but i
could be wrong.
is there anything else that you need to know? please talk to me as a noob
(im not completely new to linux but i am to bios and hardware).
