[LinuxBIOS] [PATCH] Fix some abuild build errors

The CONFIG_USE_PRINTK_IN_CAR stuff doesn't seem to compile, so I
commented it for now (needs fixing later).

Using __PAYLOAD__ instead of PAYLOAD fixes abuild breakage (it tries to
replace "PAYLOAD", but that will also replace the "PAYLOAD" in
"CONFIG_COMPRESSED_PAYLOAD_LZMA"...
