[LinuxBIOS] Adding new motherboards to LinuxBiosv2

(Oh yes.  Another motherboard. :-)

Are the following the only folders needing to be created to add support
for a motherboard to LinuxBiosv2?

Will start working on a Tyan S1832DL hopefully shortly.  (Seems very
similar to the S1846 tree with the feature of SMP.)
