[coreboot] Bios Debugging

General question:
Is there any reasonable way to debug BIOS code. I checked (almost) everything like
AMD's SimNow, Bochs, Qemu, hardware tools like interposers and so on but
they don't fit my expectations/requirements? What I would need were a hardware
based debugger for Intel multicore processors. Any idea?
