 the help for the 'configfile' command claims that it takes a file location
 as an argument, specifying a config file to read.  However, in reality it
 simply re-runs the menu prompt.  This would be perfectly fine if it also
 changed the default prompt value to the specified file location, but it
 doesn't.  Also, it keeps the original filo menu prompt timeout.  It can be
 a problem if this timeout is zero.
