He started work on coreboot (then LinuxBIOS) at GSoC 2007, proceeding to work for coresystems GmbH, secunet Security Networks AG, and Google Inc.
 
So far work involved payloads, libpayload, its USB stack, bug fixing, Intel chipset driver implementation, and also various infrastructure work in the configuration and build system as well as refactorings across the tree.
 
Apart from working on the tree, he's active in the IRC channel (user names patrickg or pgeorgi), and is one of the maintainers of the coreboot.org server.
